- West African Countries: 7-14 business days

Shipping Costs
Domestic Shipping
- Greater Accra Region: GH₵20-50 depending on package size and weight
- Regional Capitals: GH₵30-80 depending on package size and weight
- Other Locations: GH₵40-100 depending on package size and weight
International Shipping
International shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Package weight
- Destination country
- Shipping method selected
- Package dimensions

Delivery Guidelines
- Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- A valid government-issued ID may be required upon delivery
- The recipient must sign to acknowledge receipt of the package
- For failed delivery attempts, our courier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery twice
