Ghana Mall Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Item is returned in its original condition within 7 days of delivery.

  • Gift cards.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stipulated time, please:

6. Exchanges
